BLUETOWN is the last-mile connectivity partner in the D4I partnership group. The other partners are: Ghana Investment Fund for Electronic Communications (GIFEC), Ghana Cocoa Board, National Board for Small Scale Industries (NBSSI) and United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF)
